Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.

Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.

Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

Preferance importing goods
DefinisjonPreference importing goods by none or reduced import duty. To achieve preferencial treatment the importer have to present a requirement when importing the goods. The specific codes then used refers to the different trade agreements below. A: EEA-agreement B: Free trade agreement EEC-Norway C: EFTA convention G: The Norwegian preferantial system for developing countries P: Other free trade agreemests/-systems J: If not saticsfatory documentation of origin are avalable when importing the goods, but there is good reason to believe the goods satisfies rules of origin. N: If the goods not satisfy rules of origin, preferential treatment shall not be required.

Bareboat charter paid cost for renting inn a Norwegian ship
DefinisjonPaid cost for renting a Norwegian ship in the form of a bareboat charter party. A bareboat charter or demise charter is when the charterers hire or charter the ship for a long period, appoint the master and crew, and pay all running expenses. In other words, the charterer takes over both, the management, crew and commercial operation of the ship. The hire is calculated at so much per ton dead weight per calendar month. The charter hire may also be on a Lump Sum, q.v., daily basis.
