Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.
Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.
Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

| Beskrivelse | The standard for Election District is linked to the Election Act to the Storting, county councils and municipal councils (the Election Act). The constituency consists of constituencies that have a correspondence table for municipalities.
Constituency 2021 corresponds to the county division 2017 with municipalities as of 1 January 2021. Constituencies are named with county names followed by «constituency». Constituency numbers correspond to county numbers in county divisions in the period 1972 - 2017. Constituencies constitute a regional area for county council elections.
Municipalities constitute a regional unit for municipal elections.
In addition, it is possible to operate with polling stations (cf. the Election Act §9-3). The municipal council, or the electoral committee after delegation, decides how many constituencies the municipality shall be divided into. The central cadastral authority shall be informed of changes in the constituency division by 31 March in the election year. Before the 2021 election, constituencies were referred to as constituencies in Matrikkelen.
