Metadata
Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.
Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.
Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

| Beskrivelse | The classification BEC (Broad Economic Categories) - the UN classification of goods by end use, is based on the UN Standard International Trade Classification (SITC). This classification is not considered to be a "standard classification" in the same way as for example the SITC, and it is officially acknowledged that countries may have their own version of this grouping in order to satisfy national needs. |

The basic amount listed is valid from May 1 year X to May 1 year (X+1). It is not the mean basic amount for year X. The starting point is 1991 when the date of adjustment where moved to May 1. |
