Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.

Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.

Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

BeskrivelseMunicipal division is an administrative division of Norway. The municipality is the term used for both a political and administrative level and as a regional level in statistics. From January 1, 2012, municipalities 1723 Mosvik and 1729 Inderøy were merged into 1756 Inderøy municipality. Bilingual name Hábmer - Hamarøy introduced from January 1, 2012. Previously, the municipality was called Hamarøy. Bilingual name Tysfjord - Divtasvuodna introduced from January 1, 2012. Previously, the municipality was called Tysfjord. Additionally, there were changes at the local level. BeskrivelseMunicipal division is an administrative division of Norway. The municipality is the term used for both a political and administrative level and as a regional level in statistics. 1841 Fauske - Fuossko municipality introduced a bilingual name from January 1, 2017. Previously, the municipality was called Fauske. From January 1, 2017, the municipalities of 0706 Sandefjord, 0719 Andebu, and most of 0720 Stokke in Vestfold county were merged into a new municipality 0710 Sandefjord. At the same time, an area of 3 km², with approximately 2,200 people, was transferred from Stokke to 0704 Tønsberg. The new 0710 Sandefjord municipality will have approximately 62,000 inhabitants and a total area of 422 km². From January 1, 2017, a municipal boundary change was made between the municipalities of 1124 Sola and 1102 Sandnes. Additionally, there were changes at the local level. BeskrivelseIn 1992, 0102 Sarpsborg, 0114 Varteig (except 12 people in the local district 0104 Furuholmen with gnr. 20 bnr. 1-5, 7-8, 10-13, gnr. 21 bnr. 1-2, gnr. 22 bnr. 1 and gnr. 23 bnr. 2-6, 9 transferred to local district 0102 Vestre Os in 0128 Rakkestad), 0115 Skjeberg, and 0130 Tune were merged into 0105 Sarpsborg. In 1992, 0401 Hamar, parts of 0412 Ringsaker (the local districts of Stensby, Hanstad, Viker, and Stammerud), and 0414 Vang were merged into 0403 Hamar. The remaining part of Ringsaker continues as its own municipality. In 1992, 0903 Arendal, 0918 Moland, 0920 Øyestad, 0921 Tromøy, and 0922 Hisøy were merged into 0906 Arendal. In 1992, 2001 Hammerfest city and 2016 Sørøysund were merged into 2004 Hammerfest.

The municipality is the term used for both a political and administrative level and as a regional level in statistics. 0707 Larvik, 0708 Stavern, 0725 Tjølling, 0726 Brunlanes, and 0727 Hedrum were merged into 0709 Larvik. 0705 Tønsberg and 0721 Sem were merged into 0704 Tønsberg. 0703 Horten and 0717 Borre were merged into 0701 Borre. 2011 Guovdageaidnu - Kautokeino as a Sami-Norwegian name was adopted on 03.07.1987. Previously, the municipality was called Kautokeino.
