Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.
Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.
Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

1 January 2005 the municipalities of 1804 Bodø and 1842 Skjerstad were merged to the municipality of 1804 Bodø. A new statistical tract 1200 Skjerstad was established in the municipality of Bodø.
In the municipality of 0219 Bærum the basic statistical unit 1303 Østre Bærumsmarka 03 was divided in the basic statistical units 1306 og 1307 and the basic statistical unit 2205 Lommedalen 05 was divided in the basic statistical units 2211 og 2212. |

The basic statistical unit 0408 Åstadlia in the municipality of 0220 Asker and the basic statistical unit 0408 Kolbu in the municipality of 0529 Vestre Toten are omitted. New basic statistical units 0511 Skaugerud in the municipality of 0528 Østre Toten and 0508 Hellemyr nordøst in the municipality of 1001 Kristiansand.The basic statistical unit of Karrestad in the municipality of Halden is divided into the basic statistical units of 0109 Brekkerød and 0110 Karrestad. |

1 January 2002 the municipalities of Våle and Ramnes were merged to the municipality of Re and the municipality of Ølen was transferred from the county of Hordaland to the county of Rogaland. The basic statistical units 0101 Sørbrandal and 0102 Hakallestranda was transferred from the municipality of Sande to the municipality of Vanylven where the basic statistical units get the codes 0301 and 0302 in a new statistical tract 0300 Åram. The basic statistical unit 0305 Rød in the municipality of 0236 Nes was divided in the basic statistical units 0310 Rød and 0311 Neskollen The statistical tract 10 Ringsakerdelen in the municipality of Hamar is omitted and the basic statistical units in this statistical tract have been given new codes. |
