Statistikkmetadata er strukturert informasjon om statistikk. Dette omfatter informasjon som brukes for å produsere, formidle, forstå, finne eller (gjen)bruke statistikk.

Formålet med siden er å gjøre SSBs metadatasystemer og andre metadatakilder lettere tilgjengelig. Her kan du søke etter informasjon knyttet til variabler, klassifikasjoner, statistikker, begreper etc.

Klassifikasjoner og kodelister (Klass) erstatter Database for standard klassifikasjoner (Stabas).

Credit lines secured on dwellings
DefinisjonLoans secured on dwellings where a certain credit ceiling is issued, usually within 60-80 per cent of the value of the dwelling in which the loan is secured. There are no restrictions to how or what the credit is used for. Interests are only paid for the amount of the credit that the customer has used at the given time.

Index of Industrial Production
DefinisjonThe primary goal of the Index of Industrial Production is to monitor the development in volume of value added (production minus intermediate consumption) in oil and gas extraction, mining and quarrying, manufacturing and electricity and gas supply. However, it is difficult to measure value added on a monthly basis, so the index maps out the development of production. Production is measured using two types of indicators - physical output and hours worked.

BeskrivelseThe standard division into constituencies for the Sámi Parliament is linked to the Act on the Sámi Parliament and other Sámi legal relations (the Sámi Act). The division consists of constituencies that correspond to all municipalities in Norway. The affiliation of the individual municipalities to constituencies is determined by § 2-4 of the Sami Act.
