Metadata

| Beskrivelse | Country codes (alpha-2) are two-letter codes (e.g. NO = Norway, SE = Sweden) defined and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to represent countries, dependent territories, and special geographical areas. The standard is based on the ISO 3166-1 code list and has been adapted to Statistics Norway’s needs.
Special codes for unknown citizenship and citizenship stateless are not included in Standard for Country Code (ISO alpha-2).
This standard is also used by EU countries, however with some minor differences. |
