Definition	An education code which describes the person's highest level of education. This education code describes skill training which has been taken before the school year 1972/73. Before this year primary school was seven years and therefore skill training is considered as education at the second NUS level (level 2). After 1972/73 primary school became nine years and skill training is considered as level 3.
