Definition	Some hotels change roomcapacity during the year, which cause a difference between maximum and average roomcapacity. A hotel with 100 rooms in the period January to June and 200 rooms the rest of the year, has an average capacity of 150 rooms and a maximum capacity of 200 rooms.
