The seasonally-adjusted sales index of wholesale industries had an increase of 2.1 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015, and the turnover was 2.5 per cent higher than the same period a year ago.

Trade and repair of motor vehicles had an increase in turnover of 1.3 per cent from the 4th quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015, according to preliminary seasonally-adjusted figures. The turnover in the 1st quarter of 2015 was 2.0 per cent higher than the year before.
