NOK 733 billion in equity

The equity for listed companies amounted to NOK 733 billion in the 2nd quarter of 2010, which was NOK 22 billion higher than in the 1st quarter of 2010 and NOK 58 billion higher than the corresponding quarter in 2009.

Equity ratio for listed enterprises was 40 per cent. A total of 52 out of the 140 listed enterprises in the statistics had an equity ratio of over 50 per cent, while equity ratio for 18 companies was below 25 per cent.
