Rent income up 4.6 per cent

The rental income index for office space in Oslo and Bærum rose by 4.6 per cent from January 2001 to January 2002. From July 2001 to January 2002 the index increased by 3.4 per cent.

Average rental income per m2 office space. Percentage change from the previous year

Since January 1997 the average annual rental income per m 2 of office space has risen by 26.6 per cent in Oslo and Bærum. In Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø the average rental income rose by 18.8 per cent during the same period. The rental income index for these towns rose by 3.1 per cent from January 2001 to January 2002.

The release of the share of vacant office space is postponed.
