| Comments | Before 2017, estimated gross financial capital was equal to taxable gross financial capital. For the income years after 2016, a number of financial assets, such as stocks and shares in stock funds, have been given a value discount when taxed. In Statistics Norway's income and wealth statistics for households, these assets have been estimated to market value or assumed sales value. |
