Definition Total consumption in power-intensive manufacturing is the sum of non-priority and priority consumption in power-intensive manufacturing. Power-intensive manufacturing is defined as industrial chemicals, iron, steel and ferro-alloys in addition to primary aluminium and other metals. The contracts for priority and non-priority power are different. Non-priority power can be stopped in case of limited net capacity.
