Statistics Norway has adopted a new method that provides better information on settled percentage of full-time equivalent (FTE) from 2015. Read more about the new method here; https://www.ssb.no/arbeid-og-lonn/artikler-og-publikasjoner/ny-metode-gir-bedre-informasjon-om-arbeidstid. There are also adjustments in the method for calculating man-years for self-employed. As of the publication 15 March 2022 man-years figures for 2015-2020 are updated. Changes due to the new methods are considered small. User data (IPLOS): Figures from 2018 to 2019 may be influenced both by the municipal reform and introduction of new IPLOS specifications. In this table it will affect the inditacor 'Physiotherapyhours per week per resident of nursing homes'. Statistics Norway has recently revised its KOSTRA classification of municipalities. As before, the dimensions along which municipalities are classified are population size, economic workload, and economic capacity. Nevertheless, an update has been carried out as a result of the municipality reform, effective since 2020. The revision updates the composition and numbering of KOSTRA groups. The revision is discussed (Norwegian) in https://www.ssb.no/offentlig-sektor/artikler-og-publikasjoner/gruppering-av-kommuner-etter-folkemengde-og-okonomiske-rammebetingelser-2020. See list over changes in regional classifications (in Norwegian).
