The assessed tax value of a primary residence is set to 25 per cent of the estimated market value. In 2010, 2011 and 2012, the assessed tax value of a secondary residence was set to 40 per cent of the estimated market value. In 2013, the assessed tax value of secondary residences increased to 50 per cent of the estimated market value.
