Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. The average processing time for counties, KOSTRA-groups, and the country at large, is calculated as the average processing time for each municipality, that has provided this information, regardless of the number of  applications the municipality has processed. The unit for processing time is “days”, including weekends and holidays. See list over changes in regional classifications (in Norwegian).
