CPI up 3.0 per cent last 12 months

From July 2025 to July 2026 the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose by 3.0 per cent, while the CPI adjusted for tax changes and excluding energy products (CPI-ATE) rose by 2.7 per cent. The CPI increased by 1.0 per cent from June to July, while the CPI-ATE increased by 0.8 per cent in the same period.
