CPI up 4.1 per cent last 12 months

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 1.0 per cent from August 2021 to September 2021, while the CPI-ATE increased by 0.4 per cent in the same period. From September 2020 to September 2021 the CPI increased by 4.1 per cent, while the CPI-ATE rose by 1.2 per cent.

High electricity prices affect the CPI in August

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) did not change from July to August 2021. From August 2020 to August 2021 the CPI increased by 3.4 per cent, while the CPI-ATE rose by 1.0 per cent.

CPI up in July

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 0.9 per cent from June to July 2021, while the CPI-ATE increased by 0.6 per cent in the same period. From July 2020 to July 2021 the CPI increased by 3.0 per cent, while the CPI-ATE rose by 1.1 per cent.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) decreased by 0.1 per cent from April to May 2021, while the CPI-ATE fell by 0.4 per cent in the same period. From May 2020 to May 2021 the CPI increased by 2.7 per cent, while the CPI-ATE rose by 1.5 per cent.
