About 1800 pupils from web-based schools were included in the statistics in 2012. Almost 1500 of them were pupils on vocational education programmes. From the autumn of 2016, Media and communication became an education programme in general studies. Pupils who started on Media and communication in the autumn of 2015 or earlier, complete their education according to the old structure.
