Important information about the 2024 figures from the Research Council of Norway

In 2024, the Research Council transitioned from net to gross budgeting. This change implies the fiscal year to be closed significantly earlier, with the deadline for approval and posting of incoming invoices moved from mid-February to mid-December. As a result, only about ten calendar months are included in the 2024 payment data, making these figures substantially lower than in previous years and not directly comparable.
