Growth within employment activities

Turnover for the establishments within employment activities increased by 12.6 per cent from the 3rd quarter of 2009 to the 3rd quarter of 2010. Turnover has not increased since the 4th quarter of 2008.

Within rental and leasing activities turnover increased by 10.4 per cent from the 3rd quarter of 2009 to the 3rd quarter of 2010. In comparison, the turnover increased by 1.9 per cent in the 2nd quarter. In total, the turnover within administrative and support service activities increased by 9.4 per cent.

Higher growth within advertising and marketing research

The establishments within professional, scientific and technical activities experienced an increase in turnover by 6.2 per cent from the 3rd quarter of 2009 to the 3rd quarter of 2010. Increased activity within advertising and marketing research contributed to this development. Turnover increased within this area by 13.9 per cent, which was the highest growth since the 2nd quarter of 2008. The establishments within management consultancy services experienced a growth of 11.1 per cent in this period.

Growth within real estate activities

Turnover within real estate activities increased by 13.8 per cent from the 3rd quarter of 2009 to the 3rd quarter of 2010.
