Salmon price in the period of December 29th – January 4th

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 13 496 tonnes in the period of December 29th – January 4th. This is 7.7 per cent more than in the previous week, December 22nd – December 28th, when exported volume was 12 527 tonnes.

Norway exported 61 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 73.92 per kilo in the period of December 29th – January 4th.

It is common for the price per kilo and net volume to vary during Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
