A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

The contents of this table are calculated based on taxable persons with an amount, who have received a tax settlement and for whom Statistics Norway has received tax information. Immovable assets, and income derived from them, are taxed in the municipalities where they are located. The municipalities in this table represent the taxpayers' municipalities of residence, which also include wealth tax on assets located in other municipalities. The table is therefore not fully representative of the municipalities' actual wealth tax revenue, particularly in typical 'resort municipalities' such as Trysil and Hemsedal.
