Until 2024, the contents of this table were calculated based on the number of residents 17 years and older recorded in the population statistics at the end of the fiscal year. Starting from 2024, the contents are calculated based on taxable residents 17 years and older who have received a tax settlement and for whom Statistics Norway has received tax information. Until 2024, the variable 'Average bank deposits (NOK)' only contained domestic bank deposits. Starting from 2024, foreign bank deposits are also included.
