It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

The total figure for research personnel in the higher education sector in 2020 and 2021 and full-time-equivalents in 2021 was corrected on 11.05.23. A correction of library staff in the higher education sector from technical/administrative personnel to research personnel was carried out.
