From 2021 the Child Welfare Services can continue provide measures until the age of 25 years. Earlier the upper age limit was 23 years. In the statistics for Education - Child Welfare the population is still «Pupils 22 years or younger». The reason is that an expansion of the population with 23- and 24-year-olds will cause a break in the statistics, and the number of individuals not included is few.
