New recipients of disability benefit is here defined as all who started a new spell of disability benefit, either for the first time or after a previously ended spell, and who where residents (of Norway) as of 1. January in the last year of the period. Working is defined as having calculated work hours during one year more than zero. Covers only regular employees. See also «About the statistics».
