You need to report electronically through Altinn. You need the correct access in Altinn to succesfully submit the form. You can request this access by selecting Menu (Meny) and Access Management (Tilgangsstyring) after logging in to Altinn. This form requires one of the following access packages:
- Rapportering av statistikk
- Regnskapsfører med signeringsrett
- Regnskapsfører uten signeringsrett
- Ansvarlig revisor

To answer surveys for an enterprise, you need a role/access package on behalf of the enterprise. If you are registered in the Register of Legal Entities as a managing director or a board chairman, you will already have the correct role.
