You need to report electronically through Altinn. The person who needs to complete and submit the form must have the correct access package in Altinn.
Access packages replace the old Altinn II roles. These packages consist of forms and services belonging to a specific area of responsibility, and they authorise the holder to act on behalf of the business.
The standard access packages for our forms are:
- "Rapportering av statistikk" (Reporting of statistics)
- "Regnskapsfører med signeringsrett" (Accountant with signing rights)
- "Regnskapsfører uten signeringsrett" (Accountant without signing rights)
- "Ansvarlig revisor" (Responsible auditor)
Some forms may also require one or more industry-specific or form-specific access packages. In Altinn's form catalogue, you can search for the relevant form to find information about which access packages apply.

Logging in to Altinn
- Go to the Altinn website and log in.
- Once logged in, click your name at the top of the page to see which enterprises or subunits you can represent.
- When you have selected the enterprise/business/subunit you want to represent, you will be taken to that unit’s inbox. Here you will find the forms that need to be completed, provided you have the correct access rights.
