342 000 enterprises in 2003

The number of enterprises amounted to 342 1161 in 2003. They had a total of 1 554 5211 people employed and NOK 2 8801 billion in turnover. Most enterprises were registered within real estate, renting and business activities. The figures include all enterprises except public administration.

These figures are collected from the The Central Register of Establishments and Enterprises at Statistics Norway.
