Local KAUs and enterprises

The structural statistics are published on both enterprise and local KAU level. The figures on the enterprise level may differ from those on local KAU level. This is due to some enterprises being registered in one industry group after main activity, while at the same time consisting of local KAUs in other groups. More about this and other definitions can be found in the "About the statistics".

Revision of industry codes

Please note that the figures for the division other business activities are not directly comparable to previously published figures due to change of industry group for some enterprises.

This has particularly affected the figures within business and management consultancy activities since many enterprises have been moved from the industry subclass other business activities n.e.c. to this class.
