Supply of personnel for manufacturing highest

Enterprises that operate within the supply and placement of personnel services had a turnover of NOK 22.5 billion in 2010; a share of 22.2 per cent of the total turnover.

The turnover within the supply of personnel for other office support was NOK 4.6 billion in 2010, which is equal to 20.5 per cent of the total. Within the supply of personnel in construction, the turnover was 14.4 per cent of the total; equal to NOK 3.2 billion. In 2009, these areas were also the largest.

Advertising services

Enterprises that operate within media representation had a turnover of NOK 10.7 billion. Services related to print media and TV/radio covered 33.5 and 31.3 per cent of the total turnover respectively. In 2009, these shares were approximately the same.

The advertising agencies had a total turnover of NOK 7.3 billion in 2010. The dominating service was full advertising services, with a turnover of NOK 3.2 billion; equal to 43.6 per cent of the total. In 2009, the turnover for these services was NOK 2.7 billion. Other advertising services covered 16.4 per cent of the total; equal to NOK 1.2 billion.

Turnover of NOK 96.4 million in architectural and engineering services

The total turnover within architectural and engineering services was NOK 96.4 billion. Total turnover for engineering services including integrated engineering services for turnkey projects amounted to a total of NOK 56.5 billion. Turnover within engineering services for industrial and manufacturing projects amounted to a total of NOK 18.6 billion. Total turnover within engineering services for power projects was NOK 16.9 billion.

In 2010, architectural services had a turnover of approximately NOK 5.5 billion. Turnover in plans and drawings for architectural purposes and architectural services for residential building projects made up NOK. 3.4 billion and NOK 1.1 billion respectively.

For the reference year 2010, this survey was also conducted for the industry groups legal services, management consulting services, accounting and auditing services and market research and public opinion polling.
