Major decrease in export price of fresh salmon

In the period, July 15th – July 21st export price of fresh salmon came to NOK 60.18 per kilo, down 6.9 per cent compared to the previous seven-day period.

The export quantity of fresh salmon was 16 754 tonnes in the period July 15th – July 21st. This is 0.7 per cent more than in the previous week, July 8th – July 14th, when exported volume was 16 630 tonnes.
Norway exported 226 tonnes of frozen salmon at NOK 63.25 per kilo in the period July 15th – July 21st.
