8 killed on the roads in October
In October 2015, 8 persons were killed on Norwegian roads according to preliminary figures. In October 2014, the corresponding figure was 9.

The average for October over the last 10 years is 17 fatalities.
Of the fatalities last month, seven were men and one was a woman. Five of the fatalities were car drivers, two were car passengers and one was a pedestrian.
A total of 100 persons have been killed in traffic accidents on Norwegian roads so far this year.
