All-time high hotel guest nights

The number of guest nights in Norwegian hotels reached an all-time-high of 2.9 million in the seventh months to date this year. Lodging revenue for Norwegian hotels went up 15 per cent from NOK 1 115 million in July 2014 to NOK 1 277 million in July this year.

The number of guest nights in Norwegian accommodation establishments reached 5.6 million in July 2015. This is an increase of 272 000 guest nights or 5.1 per cent compared with July 2014. Foreign residents contributed 158 0001 or 9.61 per cent more guest nights this July.
