The statistics covers sanctions against persons, including non-residents, and enterprises. The scope of enterprises is stated in tables by sex or age. The figures for sentencing for the years 2019-2024 in table 14356 were corrected on January 30, 2026. The correction concerns a reduction of the average and median sentences due to a calculation error. In addition, subsidiary prison sentences for On-the-spot fines (as well as for total sanctions) have been further reduced for 2023 and 2024 due to incorrect addition of values according to regulations.
