As part of the 2024 Coordinated Benchmark Revision, the time series in the regional national accounts have been revised. For table 09797, figures have been revised back to 2020, resulting in a break in the time series from 2020 onward. In 2017, the Regional Reform was adopted in the Norwegian parliament. From 1 January 2020, Norway went from having 18 to 11 counties. The growth rates from 2019 to 2020 in the new counties are calculated in relation to the sum of the old counties that were merged and due to the fact that some municipalities changed their county affiliation, there will be a break in the timeseries for the affected counties. 2015: Discontinuity in service activities incidental to oil and gas. Years 2008-2010 were removed from the table 4 March2026.
