Enterprises with 5-9 employees are included in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022. External R&D personnel include hired personnel integrated in the enterprises¿ intramural R&D activity. This means that they have worked together with the enterprises¿ own R&D personnel and have been subject to the enterprises¿ direct management.
