The statistics includes sanctions against persons and enterprises. The types of sanctions which usually are issued enterprises are fine, fines given by the courts or prosecutions conditionally dropped. The number of enterprises can from 2011 be identified in the category unknown age and sex in statistics for these types of sanctions. See table 10623.
«Previously registered in the Central Criminal Record» are all sanctions registered in the Central Criminal Record that are given to a person already registered in the register with a sanction prior to the latest. «All with clarified registration in the Central Criminal Record», is the whole population which can be clarified.
