Brief summary

Ann Kristin Brændvang is the Director of the Department of social statistics. She has a degree in economics from the University of Oslo and has been with Statistics Norway since 1999, including 10 years working with the national accounts. From 2010 to 2011 she was Statistics Norway’s expert in the national statistics office in Malawi. From 2013 to 2019, she was head of the Division for health, care and social statistics.
