Increase in plumbing costs

The construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 1.0 per cent from October to November this year. The material costs and the labour cost increased by 1.1 and 0.9 per cent respectively in the same period.

Wage statistics for the third quarter of 2009 are included in the index of November this year.

From November 2008 to November 2009 the costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings rose by 2.3 per cent. The costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by2.6 and 2.1 per cent respectively.
