Small changes in plumbing costs

From October to November 2008, the construction costs of plumbing works in office and commercial buildings rose by 0.2 per cent. The material costs remained unchanged in the same period.

The administrative expenses increased by 1.8 per cent this month. Wage statistics for the third quarter of 2008 are included in the index of November.

From November 2007 to November 2008 the costs of plumbing work in office and commercial buildings rose by 8.8 per cent. In the same period, the costs of sanitary installations and heating installations increased by 9.1 and 8.3 per cent respectively.
