Short-term liabilities abroad still rising
Short-term liabilities abroad continue to rise, while long-term liabilities are falling slightly.
Short-term liabilities in foreign countries rose by about NOK 20 billion or 5 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2010. From the first quarter of 2010, short-term liabilities increased by NOK 71 billion or 20.4 per cent. Long-term liabilities decreased by NOK 22 billion or 3.7 per cent from the fourth quarter of 2010. Compared to the first quarter of 2010, long-term liabilities fell by NOK 8 billion or 1.4 per cent.
