In comparison, the Index of retail sales showed an increase of 1 per cent during the same period.

Trade and repair of motor vehicles

The total sales of motor vehicles and repair of motor vehicles were NOK 27.5 billion; a growth of 12.9 per cent from January and February 2010 to January and February 2011.

Wholesale up 8 per cent

The turnover in wholesale was NOK 122.6 billion in the first two months of 2011. This is an increase of 8 per cent compared to the same period in 2010.
