NOK 2.0 billion within personal services

Turnover within personal services was NOK 2.0 billion in March and April 2013; an increase of 2.9 per cent compared with 2012.

In March and April 2013, turnover within hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 1.4 billion; an increase of 3.6 per cent.

Funeral and related activities had a turnover of NOK 234 million in the second period of 2013; an increase of 2.2 per cent compared with 2012.

Washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products had a turnover of NOK 380 million in the second period of 2013; an increase of 0.8 per cent compared with 2012.

The turnover within repair of computers and personal and household goods was NOK 365 million in March and April 2013, a decrease of 2.4 per cent compared with 2012.

Other service activities include washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products, hairdressing and other beauty treatment, funeral and related activities and repair of computers and personal and household goods.
