Increased turnover within personal services

The turnover within personal services increased in the third period of 2008 compared with the same period in 2007. The turnover within washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products had an increase of 6 per cent compared with the same period in 2007.

Service Statistics. NOK million

The turnover in washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products was NOK 357 million in third period.

Funeral agencies and businesses in related activities had a turnover of NOK 179 million, an increase of 4 per cent compared with the same period the year before.

The turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 1 256 million in the second period 2008. This is 3 per cent higher compared with the same period in 2007.
