Growth in washing and dry cleaning

In September and October 2007, businesses involved in washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products had a total turnover of NOK 332 million. This is 6 per cent higher than in the same period in 2006.

Service Statistics. NOK million

The turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 1 086 million in September and October of 2007. This is an increase of 7 per cent compared to the corresponding period in 2006.

Businesses involved in funeral and related activities had a turnover of NOK 161 million. This is 1 per cent higher than in the corresponding period in 2006.
