Strong growth in funeral businesses

Businesses dealing with funerals and related activities had a turnover of approximately NOK 162 million in March and April of 2007. This is ten percent higher compared with the same period in 2006.

Service Statistics. NOK million

The turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 1 053 million in March and April of 2007. This is an increase of eight percent compared to the corresponding period of 2006.

In the March and April of 2007 the businesses dealing with washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products had a turnover of NOK 298 million. This is seven percent higher compared to the same period in 2006.
