Growth in washing and dry cleaning

In the January and February of 2006 the businesses dealing with washing and dry cleaning of textile and fur products had a turnover of NOK 274 million. This is seven percent higher compared to the same period in 2005.

The turnover in hairdressing and other beauty treatment was NOK 852 million in January and February of 2006. This is an increase of six percent compared to the corresponding period of 2005.

Businesses dealing with funeral and related activities had a turnover of approximately NOK 135 million in January and February of 2006. This is nine percent higher compared with the same period in 2005.
